Đêm cuối thu,

Về trọ quê hương

Nghe gió đồng bằng nay buốt lạnh

Con đường cũ

Ngày nào tung tăng áo trắng

Mưa ướt vai gầy nghe ký ức thênh thang

Lặng nhìn sông

Cây bần cũ

Chờ ai?

Còn đứng đợi

Phù sa nào

Năm tháng vẫn trinh nguyên
