Lấy vách núi đo chiều sâu nỗi nhớ

lấy thác ghềnh để làm nơi tình tự

lấy rừng già đo độ thắm tình yêu

bước chân chắc gùi nặng biết bao điều

ngựa mỏi gối , rượu say bài hát lượn

tình yêu người Mông sâu sa thắm đượm

rất hoang sơ như tiếng khèn khuya

và chắc như cây lim già trong mùa gió thổi

rì rào con suối

chảy mãi trong ta

Ôi Sa pa !
