Cành khô trước gió lung lay.

Lá vàng rơi rụng tung bay xạt xào.

Mưa rơi trên lá lao xao.

Nghe trong tiếng gió, rì rào tiếng mưa .

 

Con đường lối nhỏ khi xưa.

Lá vàng rơi rụng lưa thưa mặt đường.

Lá ơi ! Lá có xót thương.

Khi mùa thu tới, lá thường lìa ta .

 

Bỏ lại cành khô xót xa.

Bao ngày mưa nắng vươn ra giữa trời.

Đêm đêm gió lạnh đơn côi.

Nghe lòng buốt giá, xa xôi tràn về !
