]Nhớ lại xuân xưa buồn nao lòng,

Người lái đò thổn thức chống xuồng.

Xuân đến và mang thêm nỗi nhớ,

Trên thuyền ngoảnh mặt nhìn xa xa. :)

 

Mong ai dáng thấp mắt bồ câu,

Anh mỏi mòn trông đến u sầu.

Bởi người đi biệt quên mất núi

Và rồi rêu xanh phủ chốn này.[

 

Song dừa lả lướt soi bóng hình,

Song thuyền mà chỉ một người chèo.

Xuân này hoa nở bao nhiêu sắc,

Liệu tin người có về đến không?.

 

Không về đời anh mãi thế này

Ngày ngày chở khách ngao du ca.

Đợi cô em một lần lại đến?

Để buồn chẳng đến với biển khơi.[
